An agent with empathy and integrity

Yin Yin kept things real with us from the start. She never promised the sky or gave us unrealistic price expectations just to win our business. In a genuinely tough market, she was upfront about what was achievable, and helped us adjust our expectations accordingly. Throughout the process she kept us clearly updated on progress and treated us with real respect. She never took our anxiety or concerns for granted, and she worked through them with us patiently. What stood out most was her integrity. She was frank about unrealistic expectations rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear, and she acted consistently with her values throughout. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who isn’t gaming the system or angling for an advantage. Yin Yin is the opposite of that.

Great communicator - very responsive

Yin Yin was fantastic to deal with. She was very quick to respond to messages, and answer calls. She walked us through the whole process from inspections through to settlement, and was always happy to answer any of our questions. She was never in a rush, and took time to show us round the apartment amenities.

Excellent in speed and following up on all matters relating to the sale process.

Yin Yin is probably the most on the ball agent I have ever come across. She’s committed, dedicated and extraordinary from a client servicing perspective. I would rate her as perfect other than she did not accomplish the target price I wanted for the property to reduce my losses.
