Crystal began her Property Management career in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager and has since progressed into managing her own portfolio.

She prides herself on developing strong relationships with her landlords and tenants, delivering fantastic customer service with her easy going, friendly and bubbly personality.

Nothing fazes Crystal, even in the most trying of situations. Conversant in Mandarin and English, Crystal is able to bridge cultural barriers and makes transitioning in and out of tenancies a stress-free experience.

A long time resident of Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs, Crystal loves spending quality time with her family especially going on holidays both local and abroad, and socializing with friends over meals and gatherings.
